McNary Reunion and Other Happenings
There were a few events surrounding our vacation to the Ozarks. Prior to leaving for Missouri, we stayed in Muscatine, IA for two nights at Nick's sister's for the McNary Reunion. Everyone there was able to participate in a number of activities provided by the DuRocher's at their camp.
Our car was loaded down with camping gear and everything else we would need for our vacation. It was hard to fit the kids in with all that stuff, as you can see in the background.

This was a highlight for the kids. They loved the big mud slide. Nick went down with Owen.

Skiing at Red Rock
The weekend prior to going on vacation, we stayed at Red Rock for a night with Nick's mom and family. It was a fun time. The kids got to stay with Deb in her big camper and Nick and I stayed with Josh and Julie in their camper. It was a very fun couple of days.
After our trip to the Ozarks, I took the kids to Reiman Gardens in Ames on one of my days off. They had a really good time exploring there and wanted their picture taken with everything they saw.

Owen wanted to climb on the scarecrow, but I didn't think it was a good idea.
Last week Gracie got to go to Picket Fences Creamer in Woodward for her field trip. She was excited to see the cows and of course, eat the ice cream.
