Gracie's collection of candy at the parade Jumping on her new trampoline Helping put the trampoline together Gracie and her Daddy Gracie is 2! We had quite an eventful weekend when we got home from the hospital. Friday afternoon was pretty calm, but Saturday was a full day of celebrating. Gracie got her new trampoline on Saturday and Nick and Chad put it up for her. She loves it and watching her jump is pretty entertaining. Later that afternoon, we had all of our family over or her birthday. It was such a good time and I'm so glad everyone could come. Gracie got to play with her cousins and everone else who was here. Nick grilled burgers for everyone and we did cake and ice cream. Needl...

So it is a good thing that the new baby decided to wait a couple more weeks. Hilton Coliseum had 11 feet of water in it and Nick's office there had about 3 feet. So much stuff was ruined and Nick has been working almost nonstop for about 2 week...

We have been keeping busy and it's hard to remember everything we've been doing. I'll start with the most recent events. The plumbing is done for our upstairs bathroom...FINALLY! The shower is in and Nick has started the drywalling process. He hopes to be painting by next week, as well as putting the floor in and the the rest of the fixtures. In the past week we have also been helping out at Gracie's daycare. They experienced a big sewage problem and are not able to use the facility for the next two weeks. Luckily a lot of people were able to help get everything out last weekend so they can start rebuilding a lot of stuff that was damaged. So Gracie is going to daycare at a local church that is providing space for a...
