Gracie's cousins came down for an afternoon a couple weeks ago and they all got to swim in our backyard. That was pretty fun. Nick and I also went canoeing that weekend down by his mom's house. It was a bit longer than we expected, but we had a really good time. Gracie got to stay home with a babysitter for the day and did fine. She wouldn't have enjoyed the canoe all that much. Gracie was also sick for a week or so. I guess it was just a virus, but all the kids at daycare were not feeling very well. She's has been feeling much better. I think Nick also had whatever she had, but it didn't last nearly as long with him. He also spent a few days in Minnesota last week, so Gracie and I were on our own again. We have also visited...

Gracie and I got through our week without Nick. It was so nice to have him back!!! That weekend was Nick's birthday. Mary and one of her friends came up to spend the night and go to the Keith Urban concert with us. That was really fun. The concert was better than I expected it to be! We didn't do much else for Nick's birthday, but that's what he wanted. For the 4th of July, we spent the weekend camping at Lake of the Ozarks State Park. Nick and I haven't gotten to camp for a really long time and it was great to do it again. We also got to see my family again. So we took Gracie, Jasmine and a truck full of gear down to Missouri. Gracie did really well and I was really impressed with Jasmine. She is so much better than when we first got her. The weather wasn't the best, but at least it wasn...
